Whenever I've got a gig, I always make sure we do a cover song of some sort. Sometimes we pick a song and make it very different than the original. Sometimes we pick a song that we can just have fun "playing dress up" in. The song in this video is one of my favorite songs to play dress up in. If you know me, you know I LOVE (read: am obsessed with) 80's rock music. Love.

New Jersey!! Madysin Hatter has been selected to be the "special guest" opening act for Tom Keifer and his band of superstars at the Bergen PAC in Englewood, NJ on Friday April 29th.

Tom Keifer is genuinely one of my favourite acts to catch live. I'm honored to be opening for them again, this time in my home state.

As I mentioned in my article, RIVAL SONS is coming back to the area to play a show at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park on Friday October 10th. (Also playing Irving Plaza in NYC the Friday before.) I highly recommend checking them out live. To say rocking out with them at a show is an exhilarating experience is a gross understatement. All info about them can be found at rivalsons.com

Definitely get your tickets sooner than later. Back in July, they played a Sold Out show in NYC at The Gramercy. If memory serves correctly, they actually played TWO shows on consecutive nights. I snapped a bunch of photos the night I went. Hope you enjoy them :)
