Madysin Hatter's Terrestrial Radio Debut!
Last Sunday, Madysin Hatter's "Gypsy Rock" was played on 95.1 WZZO! This marks Madysin Hatter's official terrestrial Radio debut!! Many thanks to Jain, and everyone else over at 951 ZZO. You Rock!!!!!!!
I'm Opening for the Original Drummer of Guns N' Roses!!!!!!!!!!!
Guns N' Roses is one of my favourite bands in the history of the entire world! One of my biggest influences ever! Appetite for Destruction is one of my favourite albums of all time!
Annnnnnnd I will be opening for Steven Adler (original drummer of Guns N' Roses) and his new band Adler!!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!

Untouched Acapella Vocal
I wanted to share this with you guys. I don't usually sing with runs, I usually just go with the straight forward rock thing. But I wanted to practice doing something new and different, because...why not? Here's an acapella recording I just captured on my laptop. Vocals are completely untouched, unedited, unsweetened...and this was the one and only take I did. And it's not perfect, but it's real. This is "Baby I Need Your Love" (Music & Lyrics by Madysin Hatter (c) 2013). Hope you enjoy it!

Sound City Movie
Guys, you gotta see Dave Grohl's "Sound City" movie. It's fantastic. The history behind that studio is a huge part of rock music history itself!
Seeing and hearing all of those rock legends reminisce about the glory days of analog recording, and gush about this place where so much magic was created was an incredible experience as both a musician and as a music fan. It was amazing to see the "behind the scenes" of some of my favourite rock albums, and appreciate the organic process that made them what they are.
Definitely catch it. Also the movie soundtrack is coming out tomorrow and, based on all of the music they were playing in the film, I know it's going to be just as awesome as the film itself.
I know it's not #tbt yet, but sharing this photo seems timely. It's me and Dave Grohl circa 2001 or 2002 after shooting a Foo Fighters music video in NYC. Everyone in the band was so nice and cool (of course I was secretly geeking out because I am a huge Nirvana and Foo Fighters fan ahh!). It's such a great & inspiring music memory I have and I am so grateful to have met him. Hopefully one day I will get to work with him again :)

Rabbit Rabbit!!
Happy March Everyone!
So excited for this Sunshine and Warm Weather!! Finally, right?!? Seems like winter lasted forever this year, maybe it has something to do with snow falling in October and November. Ick.
As I type this, I'm in my beautiful new office and the sunlight is bursting off the walls. So that's awesome and I love it! (Once the office is all done I'll post some pics. Almost there.)
Lots to look forward to this Spring, that's for sure:
* I will be performing with my band in NYC at R Bar on April 4th. This venue is so awesome to play Rock music in, and we had a blast playing there last February. Really looking forward to this show, and I'll be debuting a couple new songs at this show for sure. You gotta come around!
*A new photo shoot or two is in the works. Yay!
* I'm working on editing my Pretty Little Fool EPK, which will be released soon. Let's get the world knowing and loving Madysin Hatter!
* In the beginning phase of planning a new music video! I equally love all 4 original songs that were released on my EP "Pretty Little Fool" (available world wide on iTunes! ha- shameless plug lols), so I'm still not sure which one we will do a video for first. But the wheels are in motion, so you'll have to wait and see!
* I've booked another show in Los Angeles!! The actual date is TBD, and right now the venue is hush hush. I will be sure to announce all the details as soon as I can. But let me say that I am beyond stoked. It's going to be Crazy and I am really looking forward to it. It's going to be a great opportunity for Madysin Hatter to shine :) Ahhhhhhhhh!
* My music has been playing on several online radio stations, and I'm currently pushing for a terrestrial radio debut--- which has been an absolute dream of mine for a very very very verrrrrrrrrrrrry long time. Obviously I will let you know the second I know. And we will all listen together <3 p="">
